The Princeton Buddhist Meditation Group, under the guidance of Anam Thubten, provides opportunities for practice, contemplation, and study of the Buddhadharma—the fundamental truth of our experience, as taught by Shakyamuni Buddha more than 2500 years ago.

THANKSGIVING PRACTICE: Meditation sessions will be offered from 10:00 a.m. to noon on Thanksgiving Day, November 23, and again on Friday and Saturday, November 24 and 25 from 10:00 a.m. to noon and 1:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. Practice will include sitting and walking meditation. Everyone is welcome!
SUNDAY SESSIONS: We meet from 12:30 to 2:00 every Sunday afternoon for contemplation and meditation.
THURSDAY EVENINGS at 7:30: We meet Thursdays from 7:30pm to 9:00pm, beginning with a half-hour of meditation, followed by study and discussion. See our calendar (PDF) for details.
